Restaurants: Rated according to the  price of the majority of the main entrees on the menu.  Budget, $5-7; Moderate, $8-12; Deluxe, $13-19.
Accommodations: Rated according to the starting price for a single, or single/double. Budget, $29-49; Moderate, $50-79; Deluxe, $80-109.

Note:  Unless stated otherwise, prices given are in United States Dollars.  Establishments outside of the above parameters will be designated Ultra-Budget or Ultra-Deluxe.
